| Vitamin C – 1,000mg | 2 times a day and/or up to bowel tolerance |

Immune supporters
- With any possible exposure (i.e. bus, subway, school) gargle with
Hydrogen Peroxide. - With any symptoms gargle with Hydrogen Peroxide minimum of 3 times a
day. - Remember sugar is an immune suppressant – send your child to school
filled with a no sugar breakfast - Make sure that your child gets adequate sleep daily
- Make chicken soup for dinner and add extra garlic, onion and a piece of
seaweed (wakame) to enhance immune protection
